Advocate Program

Just spread the word

You have a reasonable audience of people who follow you and respect your judgement. You talk about our company and products to your audiences as you go about your work. You believe in our brand and product. You mention us in a positive nature when relevant. 

The customers that flow our way from your efforts are not officially attributed to you. This is incidental to our arrangement. We handle any new customers and take them through our entire sales process. You may prefer to formalize an arragenement where customers which come to us as a result of your advocacy result in an incentive payment. (see affiliate arrangement below). However, in its purest form, this is just evangalism. You mention us, because you love the product and brand. 

The advocate program is suitable for:

Anyone who has a significant audience/following which is somewhat similar to our target market.  It is not essential that you be a Spiff customer or know anything about the technicaliies of the product. Typically your brand ethos and ours are congruent and this is where we share a connection on a deeper level which fosters mutual understanding. You do not need to know any service providers in the eCommerce industry, but your audience must have some element of interest in the retail/eCommerce industry. 

How Spiff Supports You

We will compensate you with either a monetary package or contra deal to your liking and/or both. 

Typically arrangements will range from 3 months to 24, with an option to extend or change the arragement.

Flexible options and additional incentives if your advocacy leads to a significant volume of customers into our sales pipeline. 

Referral Program

Refer customers to us

You might be a consultant, advisor or working in a position where you can influence the choice of technology solutions.
You may not control a network of assets like websites or people but wish to be rewarded for your recommendations.
Typically, you will approach one of our sales staff directly with a prospective customer. You will introduce the lead to us, and we will work on converting that prospect into a customer either with or without your involvement. If they become a customer at any time in the future, we will compensate you in accordance with the referral program agreement.

This referral program is suitable for:

Any professional who wants to be rewarded every time they refer a new user which ends up signing up to one of our paid plans. You could already be a Spiff customer and wish to benefit financially from recommendations you make to others. You could be a consultant or adviser who works in the retail/eCommerce industry and wish to monetize your recommendations.

How Spiff Supports You

We will both share in the upfront onboarding and set-up revenue (3D model creation, customization workflow design and technical configuration). We will also share in the monthly subscription and unit sales revenue. 

This revenue share agreement is valid for a maximum of 24 months or for the lifetime of the customer if less than 24 months, with options to extend.

Affiliate Program

Create a network that sells

You manage a network of assets and provide incentives to these people to encourage them to refer the customer to us. We close the deal and attribute the sale to you and your network. This could be a network of people or digital assets such as websites or apps. Typically affiliate codes or urls are used to identify traffic from sources under your influence. When this traffic is sent to one of our sales touch-points, we attribute that action to your account and compensate you in accordance with the affiliate program agreement. For example, this could be a blog post on a website which mentions us in some way via a hyperlink. Or it could be a similar link in a newsletter or in a social media post or other.

This affiliate program is suitable for:

Anyone who wants to make money for each new user that signs up to one of our paid plans using an affiliate link or code/coupon. You could already be a Spiff customer and wish to benefit financially from recommendations you make to others. You could be a service provider in the eCommerce industry and wish to monetize your influence. Or you could be a personality in the eCommerce space who doesn’t provide services, but you wish to monetize your following.

How Spiff Supports You

We share in the monthly subscription and unit sales revenue. 

This revenue share agreement is an ongoing arrangement.

Reseller Program

Package our tech into your product offering

You are in a position where you sell technological solutions to various problems. You may be a website development firm or freelancer or implementation consultant or marketers. You have decided that Spiff’s products are a suitable solution for your clients and wish to sell it directly, perhaps even packaged into other products you sell. You are competent doing this without assistance from our sales team. For each successful sale, we will compensate you in accordance with the reseller program agreement.

Spiff will provide standard maintenance and technical support where necessary, but the customer relationship is generally exclusive to you.

This Reseller program is suitable for:

Technical and sales astute professionals who wish to be rewarded when you sell a Spiff product to a customer. You may run an agency, or involved in a service delivery business that caters to the retail and/or eCommerce sector. You wish to benefit from the third-party technology you use when offering solutions for your customers.

Strategic Partner Program

Integrate deeply into our organisation and work on mutually beneficial projects together

Spiff regularly investigates the validity of forming deeper partnerships with larger organizations. This can be mutually beneficial for both entities, especially when there are similarities within the customer base. Sometimes the arrangement may include elements of reselling and referral programs mentioned above. There almost may be joint funding of promotions, sponsorship, data-sharing and other initiatives which may fall outside the remit of the programs mentioned above.

This strategic partnership program is suitable for:

Established organizations who are involved in the eCommerce, retail, printing, packaging, labeling, customization or personalization industries to some degree. Each strategic partnership is bespoke in nature and you are willing to discuss the creation of a mutually beneficial arrangement with Spiff.
